Community Guidelines
Last updated: 22 June 2026
At Pixcham International j.s.a., we strive to move humanity forward by supporting self-expression, bringing the world closer to people and spreading joy. We are convinced that individual self-expression is a key element of our platform, and we believe that an environment that fosters diversity and inclusiveness is the best way to achieve our goals. By setting a minimum age of 16 for access to our community, we protect younger people and ensure that their experience on Pixcham is safe and appropriate.
Our Community Guidelines were created to support our mission by enabling diverse forms of expression while ensuring the safe use of our services every day. We want these Guidelines to be clear and easy to understand for all our members. We strive to be proactive guardians of the Pixcham environment by identifying and quickly responding to Content or conduct that could endanger our community.
These Guidelines apply to all Content, which includes all forms of communication such as text, images, links or attachments and other creative tools, and to conduct on Pixcham, including participation in Challenges and 1vs1 Battles — and they apply to all Pixcham Users, Challenge Organisers and other third parties. We are highly sensitive to Content or conduct that may pose a risk of serious harm to Pixcham Users, and we reserve the right to take action against anyone who engages in such conduct. Challenge Organisers agree to additional guidelines, including the requirement that their Content be accurate and, where applicable, verified.
In this document and within our Terms of Service, we have established specific rules regarding Content that is prohibited on Pixcham, and we strive to enforce these rules consistently. When enforcing these rules, we take into account the nature of the Content, including its relevance, factual information and its relationship to topics of politics, society or other important matters for our community. We reserve the right to assess whether Content or conduct complies with our Community Guidelines. We will inform the User of any decision to moderate Content or of any action taken against a User’s account, stating the reasons and providing guidance on the remedies available; the User has the right to object under the “Reporting, enforcement and objections” section below. Together we can create a community that spreads joy, fosters diversity and allows everyone to express their voice on Pixcham, where all can have safe and positive experiences.
We remind all our Users, Challenge Organisers and third parties that they are responsible for the Content they share on Pixcham. We ask you to comply with our Guidelines and not to share Content that could cause harm to others or violate our Terms, Guidelines and rules.
Protection of minors
The safety of minors is an absolute priority for us. Only persons aged 16 and over have access to the platform, and the participation of minors aged 16 to 18 in Challenges is subject to the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian in accordance with the Terms.
- We prohibit any contact with a minor for a sexual purpose, including grooming, seduction and requesting intimate content.
- We prohibit collecting, requesting or sharing the personal data of minors beyond the scope of the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- We prohibit encouraging minors to meet in person off the platform.
- We prohibit Challenges, Selfie Tasks and Prizes that require or encourage minors to engage in risky, dangerous or inappropriate behaviour.
If we suspect that a minor is at risk, we act without delay and, in serious cases, inform the competent authorities.
Authenticity of content and Selfies
Pixcham is based on real, unedited photographs. Every Selfie uploaded to the App must be an authentic photograph taken with your device’s camera in real time.
- We prohibit the use of artificial intelligence, generative models or other tools to generate, edit or enhance Selfie photographs.
- We prohibit the use of filters, effects and subsequent edits that alter the true appearance of a Selfie.
- We prohibit uploading other people’s, downloaded or reused photographs instead of your own Selfie taken in real time.
We consider a breach of the authenticity rule to be a material breach, which may lead to immediate disqualification from a Challenge or 1vs1 Battle, forfeiture of Prizes and deactivation of the account. The Company is entitled to use technical measures to detect AI-generated or edited content.
Deepfakes and synthetic identity
In addition to prohibiting edits of your own Selfie, we also protect the identity of other persons and the integrity of the real world.
- We prohibit deepfake content — a synthetic or AI-edited depiction of a real person without their consent.
- We prohibit creating synthetic or fake identities and faces of non-existent persons presented as real.
- We prohibit AI imitation of well-known personalities, public figures or other Users.
- We prohibit AI manipulation of a third party’s face or inserting someone else’s face into Content.
- We prohibit impersonating a publicly known person, brand or organisation in a manner that may mislead others.
These rules apply regardless of whether the content is labelled as AI; what is decisive is the risk of confusion with a real person or event.
Manipulation of competition results
Pixcham is a game of skill. The fairness of results is essential to us, which is why we strictly prohibit any artificial influencing of the course or outcome of Challenges and 1vs1 Battles.
- We prohibit voting farms, vote buying and coordinated groups of voters.
- We prohibit the use of bots, automated scripts and emulators to gain an advantage.
- We prohibit creating and using multiple or fake accounts to influence the outcome.
- We prohibit circumventing or abusing the rating mechanisms, the Pixcham Judge algorithm or the recommendation system.
- We prohibit collusion between Users with the aim of artificially increasing or decreasing the result of any User.
In the event of a breach, we may cancel the results achieved and Points, disqualify the User from the Challenge, refuse or withdraw the Prize and deactivate the account under the “Reporting, enforcement and objections” section.
Fairplay. Every User starts at 100%. For each confirmed instance of cheating (for example, a non-authentic Selfie), the rating is reduced by 20%. After five breaches (0%), a 7-day playing restriction follows. The User can see their current Fairplay rating in their Profile.
Dangerous activities
We welcome the active participation of our community in fun and creative Challenges. Most Challenges are fun and acceptable for everyone because they bring people together. However, we are aware that there are also Challenges and Selfie Tasks that may be dangerous or pose a risk of injury. Before performing a Selfie Task, Users are obliged to carefully consider the risk associated with the Selfie Task. If you find yourself in a situation where you identify a dangerous Selfie Task or Challenge on Pixcham, it is important to pay attention to it.
- We prohibit the display and promotion of dangerous activities and Challenges, such as gambling, dangerous stunts, the improper use of dangerous tools, the use of harmful substances and similar activities that may lead to serious physical harm.
- We prohibit activities and Selfie Tasks that carry visible or imminent physical harm.
- We prohibit the breach of any safety measures.
- We prohibit performing and displaying Selfie Tasks that risk being imitated by someone and that could lead to any physical harm.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting the improper use of dangerous tools such as knives, axes, chainsaws or welding torches.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting the eating or drinking of substances whose consumption is dangerous for humans, such as stones and cleaning products.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting dangerous behaviour while driving a vehicle, including speeding, running red lights and inattentive driving. This also includes taking photographs or live streaming while driving.
- We prohibit displaying extreme sports or stunts that could lead to imitation and physical harm.
Assessment of Challenge risk. The Company is entitled, before publication or during its course, to review, suspend or remove a Challenge or Selfie Task which, in its assessment, poses an increased safety risk or a risk of physical harm.
Sexual Content and sexual exploitation
Our priority is to ensure that our Users have control over what Content appears on our platform and that they do not feel threatened by any sexual Content.
If you have any concerns or need help in connection with sexual Content on our platform, do not hesitate to contact us through the reporting mechanism in the App, at the e-mail address legal@pixcham.com or via the contact form at https://www.pixcham.com/contact. Our support is here for you.
- We prohibit all forms of sexual exploitation and abuse, especially where minors are concerned. This includes sharing any material that contains child sexual abuse, grooming, sextortion or the sexualisation of minors. If we find cases of child sexual abuse or attempts at such conduct, we immediately report this information to the competent authorities.
- We also prohibit sending, distributing or requesting sexually explicit material that involves persons under 18 years of age, including oneself.
- We prohibit, on our platform, the promotion, distribution or sharing of pornographic Content, and commercial activities related to pornography or sexual interactions, whether online or offline.
- We prohibit sexually explicit storytelling, for example a vivid description of sexual intercourse.
- We prohibit acts of seduction of minors.
- It is, however, important to note that breastfeeding and other depictions of nudity in a non-sexual context are generally permitted on our platform.
- Our value lies in the respect and dignity of every individual and in the commitment to protect the vulnerable. Our uncompromising policy is to prohibit any exploitation of people, whether it is trafficking or smuggling.
Harassment and bullying
We are convinced that every User should have the right to share their thoughts and creativity without worry. These Guidelines are here to protect our Users and ensure that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Pixcham in a positive and respectful environment.
- We prohibit any acts of harassment or bullying. This also includes sexual harassment, including the unsolicited sending of sexually explicit, suggestive or nude images to other Users. If someone blocks you, respect their wish and do not try to contact them from another Pixcham account.
- We prohibit sharing images of a person in a private setting (bathroom, bedroom, changing room, medical facility) without their knowledge and consent.
- We prohibit sharing another User’s private information without their consent or with the aim of harassing them (so-called doxxing).
- If someone asks you to remove a picture in which they appear, respect their request.
- Do not abuse our reporting mechanisms by deliberately reporting Content that does not breach our rules.
Suicide, self-harm and eating disorders
We are convinced that Pixcham should be a place where self-confidence is strengthened and, at the same time, negative comparison with others is not spread. Our goal is to create a safe space where you can openly express your thoughts.
- We prohibit displaying, promoting or sharing plans for suicide or self-harm.
- We prohibit providing instructions for suicide or self-harm and related Challenges, bets, games and agreements.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting hoaxes related to suicide and self-harm.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting eating disorders or any dangerous methods of losing weight.
- We prohibit displaying, promoting or requesting coaching for eating disorders and other dangerous methods of losing weight.
- We prohibit displaying or describing extremely low-calorie daily food consumption and diets associated with eating disorders.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting cosmetic surgery without a warning about the risks, including before-and-after images, videos of surgeries and posts on the topic of elective cosmetic surgery.
If you or someone around you is going through a difficult time, you are not alone. Seek help — contact a helpline or a professional in your country. In a crisis situation involving an immediate threat to life, call the emergency line 112. You can also contact our team via the contact form at https://www.pixcham.com/contact.
Shocking and explicit Content
Pixcham is unique in its ability to offer entertainment and the discovery of new Content. Our platform is focused on a positive experience, which is why we do not support Content intended to deliberately shock, disturb or evoke unpleasant feelings in other Users. We understand that such Content can be irritating and cause psychological discomfort, so we draw your attention to the fact that our goal is to keep the platform friendly and safe.
- We prohibit bloody, disgusting, disturbing or extremely violent Content.
- We prohibit real torture, realistically depicted violence and extreme physical fighting.
- We prohibit the realistic depiction of deaths and traffic accidents.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting parts of the human body that are severed, mutilated, burned, scalded or seriously injured.
- We prohibit displaying realistically depicted violence or potentially disturbing events, even if they are of public interest (clashes with security forces, the aftermath of bombing, natural disasters).
- We prohibit the fictional depiction of harsh violence.
- We prohibit potentially disturbing material that may cause anxiety or fear (minor injuries and accidents, dead animals, effects intended to scare, scary make-up).
- We prohibit displaying animal genitalia and the sexual activity of animals.
Threats, violence and harm
At Pixcham, we build bridges, not walls, and we create a digital world where Users can meet in a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
- We prohibit supporting violent or dangerous behaviour and actively participating in it. Do not target anyone and do not threaten harm to a person, a group of people or property.
- We prohibit images depicting gratuitous or graphic violence, including animal cruelty.
- We prohibit threatening or inciting doxxing, sharing account data, blackmail or breaking into someone’s account.
- We prohibit supporting the coordinated harassment of a person or attempting to provoke a dispute between people (for example, calling on others to flood an account with abusive Content).
- We prohibit humiliating someone through vulgar or obscene verbal expression.
Harmful false or misleading information
We believe that the digital world should be a place where you can share truthful stories, find inspiration and trust the information you obtain. Our effort lies in creating a virtual reality where truth is a precious treasure.
- We prohibit inaccurate, misleading or false Content that may cause significant harm to individuals or society, regardless of intent.
- We prohibit misleading or false Content that could endanger important societal processes and institutions (democratic elections, public health and safety mechanisms).
- We prohibit spreading disinformation about tragic events, unverified health claims, damaging the credibility of public processes and manipulating Content for the purpose of deception.
- We prohibit disinformation of a medical nature (misleading claims about vaccines, inaccurate medical advice discouraging proper care) and other misinformation endangering public health.
- We prohibit conspiracy theories that name and attack individual persons.
- We prohibit Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
- We prohibit the false representation of oneself or of other people or organisations, including impersonating someone you are not.
- We prohibit trading in services that artificially increase engagement or cheat the recommendation system on Pixcham.
- We prohibit spam, including schemes for gaining followers, the promotion of spam applications and multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
- We prohibit fraud and deceptive practices, including the promotion of fraudulent products or services and the false representation of Pixcham or of Pixcham International j.s.a.
Illegal activities
We welcome creativity and freedom of expression, but we are not a place for illegal activities. We believe in the creative potential of our Users, while also striving to create a safe environment for everyone. We believe that we are creating a place where you can develop your talents and hobbies within legal frameworks.
- We prohibit using Pixcham to distribute or publish Content that is illegal or supports illegal activities. This includes the promotion of, participation in or facilitation of criminal activities (illegal drug trafficking, contraband, illegal weapons, counterfeit goods or documents) and any forms of exploitation, including sex, human or labour trafficking.
- We prohibit facilitating the sale or purchase of alcohol, tobacco products and gambling to persons under 18 years of age. If the applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction set different age limits, those shall apply.

- We prohibit illegal or deceptive financial practices, including fraudulent investment and pyramid schemes and the manipulation of financial markets.
- We prohibit pretending to be another person or organisation in order to obtain financial gain.
- We prohibit displaying or promoting the personal financial information of other Users without their consent or for the purpose of deception.
Terrorism, violent and hateful organisations
Our platform is dedicated to promoting a culture of love and mutual respect. It is a place where you can express your creativity, but we do not accept Content that spreads hatred, discrimination or incites violence. Terrorism and violent extremism are unacceptable to us, and we do not support Content that promotes them. At Pixcham, we believe in the power of selfies that spread love, mutual respect and understanding.
- On our platform, we prohibit the presence of terrorist organisations, violent extremists and hate groups. Hateful Content or expressions that demean, defame or support discrimination or violence on the basis of race, skin colour, caste, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability, veteran status, immigration status, socio-economic status, age, weight or pregnancy status are unacceptable.
- We prohibit Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
If we find that such an entity could be present on our platform, we will carry out a thorough review, including off-platform conduct, which may lead to the blocking of the account and reporting to the competent authorities. No one is permitted to promote or significantly support violent or hateful entities.
Rights and obligations of Challenge Organisers
The Guidelines protect not only Users but also Challenge Organisers and the integrity of their competitions.
- The Organiser is obliged to provide a truthful, clear and complete Challenge brief, including the rules, conditions of participation and Prizes.
- The Organiser is entitled to disqualify fraudulent, manipulated or rule-breaking Content.
- The Organiser is entitled to refuse to award a Prize to a User who has breached these Guidelines, the Terms or the Challenge rules.
- The Organiser must not change the Challenge rules to the detriment of Users after it has started, except for changes required by law or safety.
- The Organiser is responsible for the compliance of their Challenge with the legal regulations in the countries it targets (see Section 10.8.21 of the Terms).
Prizes and rewards
- No entitlement to a Prize arises if the User has breached these Guidelines, the Terms or the Challenge rules; in such a case the Prize may be forfeited.
- Delivery of a non-cash Prize is the responsibility of the party that contributed it to the Challenge, usually the Organiser; cash Prizes are paid out by the Company under the conditions set out in the Terms.
- Pixcham is not the seller, manufacturer or guarantor of non-cash Prizes provided by the Organiser and is not responsible for their quality or availability.
- The payout of a cash Prize may be subject to verification of the winner’s identity (KYC/AML) in accordance with the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Platform security
Be sure to avoid clicking on suspicious links and do not respond to requests concerning the details of your Pixcham Profile, including passwords, authentication data, finances and personal information. If you need more information about how we secure your privacy and safety on our platform, you will find it on our Website.
- We prohibit any attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Pixcham platform and to obtain sensitive, confidential, commercial or personal data.
- We prohibit providing access to account login credentials to other persons or enabling others to carry out activities that breach our Terms, Guidelines or other rules.
- We prohibit unauthorised access to our platform or the creation of fake versions of our platform.
- We prohibit sharing harmful files, Content or messages carrying viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other malicious materials.
- We prohibit attempts to obtain personal data or access to Content, accounts, systems or data through deceptive techniques (phishing, smishing, automated scripts, scraping).
Reporting, enforcement and objections
Content that you find inappropriate can be reported through (a) the reporting mechanism directly in the Pixcham App, (b) the e-mail address legal@pixcham.com, or (c) the contact form at https://www.pixcham.com/contact (which allows you to report a problem regardless of whether you have an account). Our team will assess each report promptly, objectively and without discrimination.
If a breach is identified, we may take measures including the removal of Content, restriction of the account’s visibility or its deactivation. We will inform you of such a decision without undue delay, stating the reasons, the legal or contractual basis and guidance on how you can appeal. If your activity poses an immediate threat to the lives of others, we will inform the competent law enforcement authorities. After your account is deactivated due to a breach of our Terms, you must not use the platform again or attempt to circumvent this measure.
You have the right to object. If you disagree with our decision on Content moderation, the deactivation of your Profile or the restriction of functionality, you may submit an objection via the form in the App, within six (6) months of the decision. The objection will be assessed by a human, and we will inform you of the outcome. You also have the right to turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and to the competent court. The procedure and time limits are further governed by Section 7.19 of the Terms of Service.
Moderation transparency. When detecting breaches, we may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence systems; final decisions are subject to human review where required by law or by the nature of the case. We apply measures proportionately according to the severity and recurrence of the breach, generally from the mildest to the strictest:
- Warning — for a first or less serious breach.
- Restriction of features — temporary restriction of the visibility of or access to selected features.
- Disqualification — exclusion from a Challenge or Battle, and possibly forfeiture of Prizes and Points.
- Temporary deactivation — suspension of the account for a repeated or more serious breach.
- Permanent deactivation (ban) — for the most serious or repeated breaches.
In the case of particularly serious breaches (especially endangering minors, deepfakes, malware, serious manipulation of a competition), we may proceed directly to permanent deactivation. The right to object under this section applies to every measure.
Pixcham International j.s.a. reserves the right to block access to or cancel the account of Users where this is necessary to protect the safety of other Users on Pixcham or beyond it (for example, leaders of hate groups or terrorist organisations, persons with a history of inciting violence or perpetrators of serious injuries). In making this assessment, we may take into account the advice of experts or cooperate with the competent authorities.
Transparency report. The Company may regularly publish aggregated data on Content moderation, reports received and the enforcement of rules.
We are proud of our active and engaged community. We work with you to continuously improve the platform and to create a safe and positive online environment.
